enPHLO will perform a comprehensive analysis of current office workflow, medical billing, collection policies and administrative procedures. At the conclusion of this initial assessment, the customer will be provided with a written summary of findings and suggestions for improvements. The enPHLO consultant will also diagram the existing paper workflow and assist in converting it to an electronic methodology, ensuring that only the best practices are being adopted.
An enPHLO consultant will provide a comparison of software packages in a matrix format based on the functionality and benefits of each product. A preliminary quote including the cost of software licensing, training, hardware (based on required specifications), installation and support will be presented to the customer for each software package to determine what product(s) to consider and which vendor(s) to invite for an on-site
demonstration.
An enPHLO consultant will conduct a full security assessment of the customer’s IT infrastructure to maximize the confidential status of patient information and minimize potential data breaches. In addition, enPHLO will provide the necessary security analysis required by the government to meet “meaningful use” and qualify for federal financial incentives.
